Please note! Please enclose the packing slip with the items you are returning. Otherwise we will not be able to process your return.
Returns from the Netherlands
You can always return delivered products provided they meet the following points;
- Products must be returned within 30 days of shipping your order.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all labels still attached and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return thongs after purchase.
- We offer refunds on the original payment method used to place the order.
- Multiple orders may be returned in 1 shipment. You only need to register 1 shipment and therefore print 1 return label. Please add all packing slips to the shipment!
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense. If you send it back using our return label, the shipment will cost €5.00. Send it back without our return label to: FITT Wear, Polderweg-oost 19, 2973AN, Molenaarsgraaf, Netherlands.
Returning multiple orders?
Of course, this can simply be done in 1 shipment. This saves extra costs. Just register 1 order on our site. You can simply add the items from the other order(s) together with the packing slips of all orders.
Return delivery DHL point with a FITT return label: €5,00
Follow the steps below:
- Login;
- Enter your order number and e-mail address.
- Please indicate which items you wish to return and state the reason.
- After completing the steps and making payment, you will receive a return label in mailbox.
- Received return label should be printed out to take to a DHL. Please keep the return receipt at all times until your return has been processed.
- CAUTION! Also circle the items you want to return on the packing slip. Add the packing slip to the items you are returning.
Returning from abroad
Do you live in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg or France? Then the return cost is €6.00. You can register the return online via the link below:
Then follow the steps below:
- Login;
- Enter your order number and e-mail address.
- Please indicate which items you wish to return and state the reason.
- After completing the steps, you will receive a return label in mailbox.
- Received return label should be printed outto take to a DHL/DPD/UPS
- CAUTION! Also circle the items you want to return on the packing slip. Add the packing slip to the items you are returning.
Other return information
- Once your return is received and verified by us, the refund will be transferred to the account number/credit card used to pay within 10 working days.
- Any shipping costs will be refunded when the entire order is returned.
- Without a completed and attached return form OR packing slip/invoice, we unfortunately cannot process your return.
- Exchange is unfortunately not possible, in this case you can place a new order via our site.
